At this time of year, getting cozy on the couch with a big bowl of pop corn and a good flick is oh-so-appealing! Our  top 10 movies and peabutter popcorn recipe are the perfect ingredients for a cozy fall evening. Whether you are in for a drama or adventure flick, comedy or romance, we've got some winning titles to add to your watch list.

If you're like us, a big bowl of popcorn is the perfect compliment to a good flick. We've got a fun twist on a classic popcorn recipe, courtesy of Carryl and Norm, owners of Mountain Meadows Food Processing in Millet Alberta. You're in for a sweet treat with NoNuts recipe for Peabutter Popcorn.

No Nuts Pea Butter Popcorn



  • 1/2 Cup unpopped corn
  • 3/4 Cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 Cup brown sugar- packed
  • 3/4 Cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Pop corn in a hot air popper, into a very large bowl.
  2. Stir corn syrup and brown sugar together in a medium suacepan, over medium heat, until boiling and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in NoNuts Golden Peabutter and vanilla, mix until smooth.
  4. Pour over popcorn and stir until all covered. Spread onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper, and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
